So, what are the dimensions that Osenc can offer, as a custom neodymium magnet supplier? What are the maximum sizes, minimum sizes, and tolerances?

We will provide dimensions in 2 measuring units – Metric units and Imperial units.
However, the imperial units are for easy understanding, so you may not need to convert.
In any case, Osenc takes the metric units as confirmation.

1. Block Neodymium Magnets

1). Available sizes for block neodymium magnets

• Length: 1 – 200mm (1/16 – 7 7/8 inches)
• Width: 0.5 – 100mm (1/64 – 3 15/16 inches)
• Height: 0.3 – 120mm (1/64 – 4 ¾ inches)

2). The largest block neodymium magnets

• Rectangle: Length 200 × width 80 × height 50mm (7 7/8 x 3 1/8 x 1 15/16 inches)
• Square: Length 100 × width 100 × height 60mm (3 15/16 x 3 15/16 x 2 3/8 inches)
• The longest magnetization direction: 200mm (7 7/8 inches)

Note:

• If the size of one direction is the largest, then the size of other directions should be smaller.
• If the sizes of two directions are larger, the thickness should not be too small.

3). The smallest size of block magnets

• Length 1 × width 1 × height 0.3mm (1/16 x 1/16 x 1/64 inches)

2. Disc Neodymium Magnets

1). Available sizes for disc neodymium magnets

• Diameter: 1 – 120 mm (1/16 – 4 ¾ inches)
• Height: 0.3 – 120 mm (1/64 – 4 ¾ inches)

2). The largest disc neodymium magnets

• Diameter 120 × height 60mm (4 ¾ x 2 3/8 inches)
• Diameter 80 × height 120mm (3 1/8 x 4 ¾ inches)

3). The smallest disc neodymium magnets

• Diameter 1 × 0.3mm (1/16 x 1/64 inch)

Note:

• The thickness should not be too small if the disc magnets have a large outer diameter.
• Otherwise, the magnets are more likely to break during assembly.

3. Ring Neodymium Magnets

1). Available sizes for ring neodymium magnets

• Outer diameters: 1.5 – 120 mm (1/16 – 4 ¾ inches)
• Inner diameters: 0.4 – 80 mm (1/64 – 3 1/8 inches)

Note:

• The thickness should not be too small for ring shapes with large outer diameters.
• The wall should not be too thin for larger ring shapes either, which are easy to break.
